How to cancel orders and how refunds are handled.
At fib Tech tpmi, we truly value your trust and aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we’re here to make that process as simple as possible.
- You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Orders for digital products, downloadable items, or customized/personalized products cannot be cancelled once placed, as these are created or shared exclusively for you.
- If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank/UPI details to process the refund.
TechPotli reserves the right to cancel an order in case of unforeseen issues such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or technical glitches. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
