Ubiquiti LBE-5AC-Gen2 Integrated Antennas

The LiteBeam AC Gen2 (LBE-5AC-Gen2) is designed to seamlessly integrate into Ubiquiti Networks’ broader ecosystem, particularly within setups utilizing Ubiquiti’s airMAX ac technology. The LiteBeam AC Gen2 is fully compatible with other airMAX ac devices, including both sector and dish antennas, as well as other PtP and PtMP radios within the airMAX ac series. This interoperability is crucial for creating cohesive, high-throughput wireless networks that can serve as backhauls or connect remote locations. Please aslo note that compatibility with older airMAX devices (those using the 802.11n standard) might be limited. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use devices within the same technological generation. In addition, please keep in mind that LiteBeam AC Gen2 does not natively integrate with Ubiquiti’s UniFi series, as UniFi devices are managed through the UniFi Controller software and are based on a different technology platform aimed more at managed indoor Wi-Fi networks than long-range outdoor links.
